That depends on what you expect. The label is complete, but the evidence is thin and no trial backs the capsules.
We cannot say that Protoflow works for the prostate, because no trial of it exists. The strongest prostate herb on the label, saw palmetto, shows little or no benefit in trials and is under-dosed here (Cochrane review, Franco 2023). Niacin at 75 mg is above its 35 mg limit (NIH ODS, Niacin).
