The list
What are the ingredients in Protoflow?
Fourteen actives: two vitamins, eleven herbs and inosine. Each has its own printed amount.
The Protoflow ingredients list has 14 active lines. They are vitamin E, niacin, hawthorn, epimedium, damiana, muira puama, ginkgo, Chinese ginseng, tribulus, catuaba, saw palmetto, inosine, oat straw and cayenne.
One serving, two capsules, holds 1,619 mg of actives. Every amount is printed, so no proprietary blend hides the split. Per capsule, halve each number.
Filter the bars by group below. A longer bar means more milligrams, not more benefit.
- 01Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate)13 mg per 2 capsules · 87% DV

From the Supplement Facts panel, in label order. Bar length is the printed amount against the largest line (250 mg). Other ingredients (rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, soy protein concentrate, water) are not counted.

Label vs sales page
Which Protoflow ingredients are on the label but not on the sales page?
Six: vitamin E, niacin, ginkgo, tribulus, inosine and oat straw.
The sales page names eight ingredients: Chinese ginseng, cayenne pepper, damiana, saw palmetto, muira puama, Epimedium sagittatum, hawthorn berries and catuaba (Protoflow sales page). The label lists those eight and six more.
The six add up to 410 mg, about a quarter of the total. This site follows the label.
| Ingredient | Per 2 capsules | On the sales page? |
|---|---|---|
| Niacin (vitamin B3) | 75 mg | No |
| Vitamin E | 13 mg | No |
| Ginkgo biloba (leaf) | 120 mg | No |
| Tribulus (fruit) | 120 mg | No |
| Inosine | 50 mg | No |
| Oat straw (stalks) | 32 mg | No |
| The other eight lines | 1,209 mg | Yes |
Ginkgo matters to anyone on a blood thinner. Neither it nor niacin appears on the sales page, so do not rely on it for the full list.
Amounts and research
Which Protoflow active is present in the largest amount?
Hawthorn and epimedium tie at 250 mg each, about 15% of the actives apiece.
Hawthorn fruit and Epimedium sagittatum whole plant are the biggest lines, 250 mg each. Damiana and muira puama follow at 200 mg.
A bigger number does not mean a better-tested one. Hawthorn has little quality evidence for most uses (NCCIH, Hawthorn), and epimedium has no trial data for sexual function (MSK, Epimedium). Saw palmetto is the clearest dose gap: 84.5 mg here, against 320 mg in the large trials (Bent et al., NEJM 2006).

See packsCommon questions
Does Protoflow contain ginkgo or tribulus?
Yes to both. Ginkgo is 120 mg and tribulus is 120 mg per serving, and the sales page names neither.
Both are two of the six lines the sales page omits (Protoflow sales page).
Ginkgo, 120 mg
May raise bleeding risk with warfarin (NCCIH, Ginkgo). See ginseng and ginkgo.
Tribulus, 120 mg
Studies used 400 to 750 mg a day, and 8 of 10 found no hormone change (Vilar Neto et al., Nutrients 2025). See epimedium and tribulus.
Form and origin
Are the Protoflow herbs standardized extracts, and where do they come from?
The label does not say. It prints plant part and milligrams, no extract ratio and no marker compound.
A standardized extract states how much of a marker compound it holds, such as icariin in epimedium. The Protoflow label states none. It names only the plant part, such as Fruit, Leaf, Root or Whole Plant.
It does not say where the herbs were grown. It names PhytoThrive Labs of Aurora, Colorado as distributor, but not the maker. The sales page says a "FDA registered" facility handles the ingredients, yet FDA issues no registration certificate and does not endorse a facility (FDA, Food Facility Registration Q&A). Ask the order desk at Protoflow order desk for sourcing details.
Other ingredients
What else is in the capsule besides the 14 actives?
Rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, soy protein concentrate and water.
The label prints these as other ingredients. The gelatin shell means the capsules are not vegetarian or vegan. Soy protein concentrate is a soy allergen (FDA, Food Allergies (major allergens)).
The sales page says "Non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free", which conflicts with gelatin. It also claims no non-essential fillers, yet the label lists rice flour and maltodextrin. The label wins.

Two tie: hawthorn fruit and Epimedium sagittatum whole plant, 250 mg each per serving. Cayenne is smallest at 20 mg.
04Does Protoflow contain ginkgo?
Yes. The label lists Ginkgo Biloba (Leaf) at 120 mg per serving. The sales page does not name it. Ginkgo may raise bleeding risk with blood thinners, so ask your doctor first if you take one (NCCIH, Ginkgo).
05Does Protoflow contain tribulus?
Yes. The label lists Tribulus (Fruit) at 120 mg per serving, below the 400 to 750 mg used in studies (Vilar Neto et al., Nutrients 2025). The sales page does not name it.
06Are the Protoflow herbs standardized extracts?
The label does not say. It prints plant part and milligrams only, with no extract ratio and no marker compound such as icariin or ginsenosides. Ask the order desk for written specifications.

We do not know. The sales page names eight; the label prints fourteen. The label is what is in the bottle, so this site follows it.
