The Supplement Facts panel agrees: serving size 2 capsules, 30 servings per container. Serving size and servings per container are required on every panel (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts)). Each capsule holds half of every listed amount, so one capsule is not a full serving.

A missed day simply leaves two capsules in the bottle, so it lasts a day longer. Do not double up the next day to catch up.
